Our fleet includes more than 50 well-maintained and technically flawless vehicles, no more than 24 months old. In the high season, we book regional and selected subcontractors to cover the transfer peaks. When selecting our partners, we pay particular attention to ensuring that the vehicles and chauffeurs also meet Four Seasons Travel quality standards.
Your transfer will be carried out with the following vehicles according to the booking class you have chosen:
Economy Class, Economy Plus Class & Private Class:
Mercedes Sprinter 8 seater, Mercedes Vito 8 seater, Ford Transit 8 seater.
In high season and in case of requested large groups we also use our 30 and 50 seaters.
First Class: Mercedes V-Class 6 seater
(Limousines and special classes available on request and for an additional charge)
The transfers always start at the pick-up address you specified during the booking process or at our transfer desks and meeting points at the various airports, where our staff will be waiting for you.
Please note that smoking is absolutely and strictly prohibited in our vehicles of all classes.
For online booking:

Cash (except for transfers in the direction of Tyrol) with your
chauffeur before the start of the transfer.
You can cancel your booked transfer free of charge at any time up to 48 hours before the start of the transfer. If you cancel within 48 hours before the transfer, the basic price for a one-way transfer will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The price includes:
One hand luggage and one normal size luggage as accepted on the flight. Additional suitcases, skis, bicycles, surfboards can be booked additionally for a minimal extra charge.
Attention: Additional or bulky luggage must be reliably indicated at the time of booking and will be charged extra.
By booking your transfer insurance, you will not incur additional costs due to unplanned incidents, should you miss your flight(s)/train(s), your airline or train company cancel(s) your flight(s)/train(s), you extend your vacation and forget to let us know. You can also rebook your transfer at short notice - no problem if you are insured! You only need to notify us of the rebooking or cancellation in writing at [email protected] no later than 2 hours before your scheduled pick-up to the airport or arrival at the airport.
The same deadlines apply to insured station transfers and all other insured and booked trips.
For only € 5,-- per person (One Way) or € 10,-- per person (Roundtrip) or € 35,-- (One Way) or € 70,-- (Roundtrip) for Private Class or € 75, --
(One Way) or € 150,-- (Roundtrip).
For First Class bookings we insure your transfer and take over (one-time) possible rebooking or cancellation fees.
With insurance you can cancel your transfer at any time. We will return the transfer costs to you immediately. Without transfer insurance, you can cancel your transfer free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the transfer.
If you have not taken out insurance and arrive differently than pre-booked, a single transfer of your booked Economy Class route per person (or one vehicle in First and Private Class) will be charged.
At Munich Airport we operate a service and reception desk manned during flight times at Terminal 1, you can find directions on our website.
At Innsbruck Airport, our service and reception desk is located in the arrivals hall next to Bäcker Ruetz.
Upon arrival at Zurich, Vienna, Memmingen and Salzburg airports, you will be met by one of our employees with a name badge after customs or passport control.
