We monitor flight arrivals and adjust your pickup time at no extra charge.

What are your office hours?

Our booking office is open daily from 03:00 to 20:00 (3 am – 8 pm).

When are transfers available?

Transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. All pickups must be booked in advance.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. Child and booster seats are available free of charge when requested during booking.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and cash (except for transfers to Tyrol). Business customers can request invoicing by email.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellation – Deadlines and Fees: You can cancel your booked transfer free of charge at any time up to 72 hours before the start of the transfer (this is determined by the pick-up time on the way to the airport and the scheduled arrival time of the flight on the way from the airport). If you cancel within 72 hours of the transfer, the basic price for a one-way transfer will be charged as a cancellation fee. To receive a refund, you must cancel by email.

What is transfer insurance?

When you book your transfer insurance, there are no additional costs due to unplanned incidents if you miss your flight or train, your airline or train company cancels your service, or you extend your holiday and forget to let us know. You can also rebook your transfer at short notice – no problem if you are insured! All you have to do is notify us in writing at office@airport-transfer.com no later than 2 hours before your scheduled pick-up to the airport or arrival at the airport. The same deadlines apply to insured train station transfers and all other insured and booked trips. Prices: €5 per person (one way) or €10 per person (round trip) · €35 (one way) or €70 (round trip) per vehicle for Private Class · €75 (one way) or €150 (round trip) per vehicle for First Class. With insurance in place, you can cancel your prepaid transfer at any time up to 2 hours before the start of the transfer and we will refund the transfer costs. Without transfer insurance, you can cancel free of charge only up to 72 hours before the start of the transfer. If you have not taken out insurance and arrive at a different time than pre-booked, you will be charged for a single transfer of your booked Economy Class route per person (or one vehicle in First and Private Class).

What vehicles do you offer?

Mercedes V-Class (up to 6 passengers), Mercedes minibusses (up to 8 passengers) and 50 seater buses on request — with space for luggage and ski equipment.

Is waiting time included?

Yes. Airport pickups include max 60 minutes of free waiting time from actual landing; other pickups include 15 minutes.

Where will I meet my driver?

At Munich Airport, your driver will wait for you at the transfer counter in Terminal 1. At the airports of Zurich, Vienna, Memmingen and Salzburg you will be met after customs or passport control by one of our staff members holding a name sign.

for money-savers

With our Budget Class, you can book the cheapest journey to the airport of your choice. Long-distance coach prices – but with a pick-up from your home! You book a guaranteed seat at a fixed price on one of our transfer coaches. The maximum waiting time at the airport is 150 minutes; there may be several stops to allow passengers to board or alight.

Economy Class

for budget travellers

With our Economy Class, you can book our tried-and-tested standard service to the airport of your choice. You’ll be guaranteed a seat at a fixed price on one of our transfer buses. The maximum waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes; there may be several stops to allow passengers to board or alight.

EconomyPLUS Class

for business travellers

Our EconomyPLUS Class transfer guarantees a maximum waiting time of 25 minutes at the airport after you arrive at our counter. There are a maximum of 2 stops on the transfer route to your booked destination, and our transfer insurance, with all its benefits, is included with EconomyPLUS transfers.

Private Class

for individual travellers

Privacy guaranteed! You and up to 7 fellow travellers will have the vehicle entirely to yourselves. You’ll be met at the airport with a name sign and travel swiftly to your destination. A quick and comfortable journey in our minibuses, with no waiting time at the airport and no further stops. Of course, the Private Class is also available to solo travellers!

First Class

for premium travellers
